We are so excited to start a new annual tradition on the Manteo waterfront. We would love all boats represented! Sail and Power, Small Or Tall, Sport fishers, Pontoons, Shad boats, Charter boats or private. If it floats and you can decorate it, its in! With some rules for safety of course. We want to represent the area waters as best as we can. Check back soon for the registration form, rules etc.
